Caviar Cubani gave Hesy the order to design, deliver and install an
RAS system for production of Caviar in Russia.
This farm will have a yearly capacity to produce 800 ton sturgeon meat and 75 ton black caviar
The facility is an new 45000 m2 building in Krasnodar region.
This farm consists of several brood stock, incubation, nursery, pre-growing, on-growing and wintering systems
Building and infrastructure has started with delay caused by strong winter.
Hesy will start installation of equipment in August 2012.
Expected delivery is in 2014
