Usual terms of payment:

35% of the total amount upon order confirmation.

30% of the total amount upon shipment of the underground piping materials. The installation works will start direct after arrival of the goods.

30% of the total amount upon shipment of the remaining parts like mechanical filters, pumps and filter materials.

5% of the total amount upon completion of the total system.

The system is delivered when all items are delivered and connected and the system is ready to operate.
Warranty:
-
One year warranty on workmanship; excluded from warranty are normal wear and tear items. Warranty on equipment according to the manufacturers specifications.

Equipment and personnel shall be insured by HESY during hand over of the system.
-
All wear and tear items are always outside the warranty (for example filter cloth for drum filter, seals and bearings for pumps, feeder motors, filters, oil etc for O2 generator, UV lamps etc.)

While this is a salt water farm we advise to keep a strict regime for service and maintenance.
-
We are willing to make a service agreement. We advise on a full service-control every 6 months. A full service will be a trip of 6 days. Costs for a full annual service by one technician: two tickets, twice transportation on the island, 12 nights board and lodging and 14 days fee of the technician.
Not enclosed in this price are:

All land, excavation -, ground -, construction - and building works. We expect a well illuminated, ventilated, pre-heated (> 7 ºCelsius) building. We will supply basic details for all technical works.

For collection of all the waste water before treatment we require a sump of ± 25m3, as stated on the drawing in the ground besides the building in close proximity of the waste water treatment unit.
-
For collection of all sludge after treatment we require a sump of ± 25m3, as stated on the drawing in the ground besides the building in close proximity of the waste water treatment unit.

A concrete or plastic basin for delivery purposes ± 9.000 x ± 5.000 x ± 1.000 mm in 4 compartments of each ± 5.000 x ± 2.200 mm as stated on the drawing.

General light and power, the main electricity supply (200 kVA-s phase) and main switchboard inside the building in close proximity of the HESY system control switchboard.

The HESY part of the electrical installation starts at the HESY system switchboard; all installations from energy production systems or energy from the net to the main panel and to the HESY switchboard via the by Hesy supplied emergency generator are not included.

Main water supply for intake water ± 10 m3/h inside the building in close proximity to the filtration units, we advised to drill when possible a well for saltwater and a well for fresh water.
-
A drain of minimum 125 mm for cleaned waste water to for example the drain, outside fish ponds, aqua-ponics or to open water.
-
Main gas/oil supply with a connection for fuel, inside the building in close proximity to the central heating boiler.
-
On some locations we can assume no extra heating or cooling will be required for the fish farm installation, but for feed storage, processing room and office/living we advise conditioned rooms of maximal 20 ºC.
-
For waste storage of fish we advice a freezer box on at least -10 ºC .
-
For fish on ice storage we advise a conditioned room of 0 to - 5 ºC.
-
An eventual phone line for the monitored alarm system.
-
A connection from an oxygen storage tank or package of bottles inside the building in close proximity of the oxygen generator set, to use in case of an emergency.
Terms of delivery:

Delivery and installation works will be carried out based on the terms of payment.
-
Delivery time of the first goods and start of installation works can be within 10 weeks after we received your written order and down payment.
-
Equipment and system installation is estimated to be completed in 138 working days which can be 46 working days with 3 persons. This is after arrival of the goods to the location and in cooperation with the constructor/builder.
Services to the building are expected to be installed upon start of installation works.

Transportation costs to the main port or to the location are included; the customer will take care of inland transportation and custom procedures while eventual taxes and duties are not included.
-
For unloading the trucks and placing heavy material on their place there must be tools and appliances and assistance from the costumer’s side.
-
Equipment and persons to make trenches in the ground and cover the piping with sand must be provided by the customer.
-
All costs for labour are included but the continuous help of at least one local technician is required and advised.
-
All costs for transport of personnel between The Netherlands and the location are included.
-
Costs for board and lodging of the Hesy crew are included.
-
The customer shall assist the Hesy crew in all required issues.
-
On all our installations and deliveries, our standard terms of delivery and sale are in force as deposited at the Chamber of Commerce in The Hague, The Netherlands.

HESY will not be held responsible for any lack of production or financial damage caused by the mentioned figures in this proposal, these figures are practical results from similar HESY farms, and no rights can be derived from these figures.

HESY is not responsible for dead fish or growth problems when the fish is taken into the system before the system is fully delivered and biological in operation.
Hesy training-Instruction-after sales service:
· Included in the price is a five days training stage for two persons in a HESY farm. All information to run and maintain a re-circulation system will be transferred.
· Also included is the assistance of our trainer by start-up with fish and first grading and selection; he will come over to your farm to assist you.
· We will supply a specific on your system focused English manual, how to run and maintain this system. Included in this manual are instructions for routine sanitation and maintenance.

When the system is technical ready the system must be cleaned and filled with water.
A HESY technician will explain the system to your responsible technicians; start all motors and test the system. This will be all according a complete checklist and delivery statement.

Biological start up of the filter system will take ± 28 days after completion of the technical installation, cleaning of the system, in-take of water and chemicals for the start-up.
We will give with the manual also all required data to start the filter system; this is all according the expected daily feeding at the beginning. You are free to inform us regular with the biological data and we will tell you how to act. We all will help you to get familiar with your system.
